One-Time Purchases
Customers who purchase one-time products or courses may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. The 14-day refund window applies regardless of course progress.

Membership Subscriptions
Customers may manage their memberships, payment methods, billing information, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations through the Stripe Customer Portal:
Monthly and Annual Memberships
Customers may request a prorated refund for unused time remaining in the current billing period. Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis and do not include prior used months.
Once a subscription is refunded, access to membership content and services will end immediately upon processing of the refund.
Subscription Plan Changes
Customers may upgrade, downgrade, or modify subscription quantities through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Subscription changes are processed immediately and may include prorated charges or credits based on the unused portion of the current billing period.

Updated pricing and subscription access changes typically take effect immediately after the plan modification is processed.
Processing Fees
Original payment processing and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution and payment provider.
